TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

By making a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Tickets are valid only for the date indicated at the time of booking.
• In the event of a passenger failing to show up on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time, the ticket cannot be refunded, exchanged or postponed. If a passenger arrives late and is unable to board, no refund, compensation or postponement will be granted.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Departure times are provided for information purposes only and may be modified due to weather conditions or any other external factor that may affect the running of the excursion. Such changes will not give rise to any claim for a refund or compensation.
• The shipping company* reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel an excursion or modify its schedule or itinerary (due to weather conditions, technical issues, insufficient bookings or other reasons).*
• Meals are provided by a professional catering company. Menus are not communicated in advance and cannot be adapted to dietary restrictions. Passengers with specific dietary requirements are advised to choose an excursion without lunch. No refund or compensation will be granted if a passenger is unable to consume the meal due to their dietary restrictions.
• Credit/debit card payments are not accepted on board. Please bring cash for any additional purchases or refreshments.
